5 Best Facial Exercises to Lift Your Eyebrows

  1. Push your eyebrows down by looking at the nose tip and remain in this position for a few seconds.
  2. Then raise your eyebrows a long way and look up to the ceiling for another few seconds and relax for a while.
  3. Repeat the steps for 10 times at least three times a day.

 

FROWNING FACIAL EXPRESSION

If you find that your eyebrows are drooped then you should definitely try this exercise as well. Follow these steps

  1. Firstly, clasp the muscles of the face as if you are scowling.
  1. After you hold yourself in this position, you can try to bring your eyebrows downwards. Your eyebrows should be nearer to your eyes.
  2. Repeat it for at least 5-10 min and follow this exercise commonly.

OPPOSITION EXCERCISE

  1. Place the middle fingers of both the hands underneath each of the eyebrows and lift the eyebrows while putting pressure on the skin.
  2. Your eyes will be wide open and now push your eyebrows downward against your fingers.
  3. Wait for few seconds and relax. You can go over the same procedure for 15 to 20 min.
  4. This workout is very useful in firming the nerves and muscles around the eyebrows. It can also increase the blood flow around the eyes at the same time promoting the elevation of eyebrows.

Brow Lift With Eyes Open

  1. Move your eye brows up and down for 20 to 30 times at least 3 times a day.
